Refund policy

You get three months of the complete product before you are asked for a rupee, so the usual reason for a refund — finding out it does not suit you — should never arise after payment. This page covers what happens when it does anyway.

Always refunded

Our mistake, our money back.

  • A duplicate charge. Billed twice for the same period, we refund the extra in full, and you do not have to notice it first — if we spot it, we refund it and tell you.
  • A charge after you cancelled. Refunded in full.
  • A charge you did not authorise. Refunded in full while we investigate, not after.
  • A fault that stops you billing and that we cannot fix. If EasyKOT cannot do the job it is sold for and we are unable to put it right in reasonable time, we refund the unused part of the period.
Within 7 days

Changed your mind right after paying.

If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge — the one that ends the free trial — tell us and we refund it in full, no questions. This applies to the first payment only.

Otherwise

The period you have started, you have bought.

Outside those cases we do not refund part-used periods. Cancel whenever you like: the subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for, keeps working normally until then, and does not renew. A yearly subscription cancelled mid-year is not refunded pro-rata, which is the trade for it costing two months less than paying monthly.

Your data is never held hostage to a billing dispute. Whatever happens with a refund, you can export your records — see the terms of service.

How to ask

One email, answered within three working days.

Write to hello@easykot.com from the address on the account, saying which payment and why. We reply within three working days. An approved refund goes back through Razorpay to the same card, account or UPI handle it came from — we cannot send it anywhere else — and banks typically take 5 to 7 working days to show it.
